The Nebraska Lions Foundation offers two district programs for finacially supporting the services provided to Nebraskans.
The first is The Builder Program which features preogressive levels of giving. You become a NLF Builder when a contribution of $50 is given in your name. The Builder Program progresses to Senior Builder ($100), Grand Builder ($250), Master Builder ($500), and Dennis Hull Fellowship ($1000). As contributions are added in your name and another level is achieved you will be recognized with the next appropriate award. This has always been a great program for clubs to recognize members and special recipients and for personal contributions too.
The second program is The Sustaining Membership Program. This program is designed to promote individual support of the Nebraska Lions Foundation. New Sustaining Members will receive a pin featuring Chimney Rock and each year there after rungs for the suspended ladder denoting the years of contributions. This program also offers Life Membership ($300), Contributing Membership ($2,500), Pride Membership($5,000) and Monarch Membership ($10,000).
Both of these supporting programs fund the Nebraska Lions Foundation Endowment Fund. Principal given in these funds is not spent, but is invested, and the income earned is used to support the NLF programs. Therefore these gifts are "gifts that keep on giving".
